IME physicians are specialty physician experts used by attorneys in legal cases,
such as Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury cases etc.   Attorneys may
require that the plaintiff patient go to an IME physician(s) for an independent
examination/ opinion, as to the injuries claimed.  These IME doctors are not for
or against  the plaintiff or defense, but are to give an unbiased medical opinion
of their findings.  The IME physicians may be called on as testifying experts to
give their opinion in deposition or court.

IME physicians should be familiar with and go by the guidelines issued by the latest
and most recent edition of the American Medical Association's,
Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment.

We can locate IME physicians for attorneys, as these type of specialist physicians are
 often difficult and time consuming to find.  We will do our best to provide you with
 2-3 names in the specialty area that you ask for.  If neither of the names provided
work for you, we will give another name(s) until you find what you need
or your money back.
