Mission Statement

It is the goal of Hartsell & Associates to increase knowledge of healthcare by assisting and
educating attorneys to victory while incorporating the highest quality and integrity of Christian
 values and ethics into the services provided. We will  thereby be giving a critical advantage
 to each lawyer with health or other medically-related litigation.

With over 34 years experience at the bedside and in management, combined with the
expertise of the inner workings of the hospital, the strengths and weaknesses of all medical
issues can be clarified.

Each attorney will be treated as if he or she is our only customer.
