 Legal Consulting Services are required by law to inform clients of their policy regarding
 client information privacy. 

    Access to all non-public information of your company, affiliates, employees, and any
 type of information disclosed in cases and/or otherwise is restricted to Hartsell &
Associates Legal Nurse Consultants and our company's affiliates, who assist within the services
 of the case.  Our affiliates are required  to be contracted to confidentiality at all times.  Physical,
 electronic and procedural safeguards comply  with our professional ethics and standards.

The Company retains records relating to professional services that are provided in order to
assist you with your professional needs and in order to comply with regulatory and
professional guidelines.

If you cease to be a client of our company, we continue to adhere to the privacy practices
